REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Resin Saber, every Resin Lamp is handcrafted detail-by-detail, made-to-order, and packed with extreme care.

Damage Upon Arrival Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

  • Reporting Window: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Required Evidence: Email clear photos/videos of the damaged item, exterior packaging, and the shipping label.

  • Resolution: Once verified, a replacement will ship free of charge. You do not need to return the broken item—please dispose of it safely.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted items and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered and opened.

  • Handmade Variations: Slight natural variations in resin, size, or placement are a normal part of the handmade process. No two pieces are identical.

  • Exchange Requests: To request an exchange for a different size or color before opening, email us to confirm stock availability.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once handcrafted preparation begins or the package dispatches, the order cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (e.g., eligible cancellation prior to shipping), funds will return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Missing Refunds: If your refund hasn't posted after 10 business days, check your bank account and contact your credit card issuer.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from canceled order refunds.

Delivery & Fraud Prevention

  • Delivery Policy: Delivery dates are estimates. Once a carrier marks a package as "Delivered," liability transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.

  • Chargebacks: Delays do not constitute grounds for a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks or fraudulent claims will be formally disputed with full evidence provided to payment processors.
